We value work-life balance and offer a flexible corporate office environment.About the Role:Perform any or multiple (2-3) of the functions listed: (pick, pack, or stock) to assist with single andmultiple merchandise orders, following approved procedures.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSFunctionPickAssembles merchandise orders according to conditions on pick ticketsEnsures all orders are picked, unless a requested item is out of stockKnow the location of all merchandise within the distribution centerMove buggy to packing linePackPack merchandise according to customer requirementsSeal cartons using tape or other materialsExamine and inspect cartons and materials to ensure packing specifications are metMark and label cartons using marking toolsStockMove stock from reserve warehouse to active warehouse-Open cartons using cutting toolEnsure merchandise is placed in the proper locationBreakdown boxes using cutting toolOtherRead and understand pick ticketsMaintain at least minimum productivity and quality standards while also following safety proceduresNotify supervisor of shortages of materials and/or productPerform other warehouse duties as assignedPOSITION DIMENSIONSScope, Complexity and AutonomyEntry level job with little or no prior work experienceApplies basic skills while developing some specialized skills to perform routine tasksWork is routine and/or repetitive, and completed with little autonomyWork is performed within well-defined, established procedures and/or instructions generally under regular supervisionDecision-Making Authority and JudgmentRequires adherence to written or oral procedures, or practices and works under regular supervision.
