Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority. Execute mattress selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Maintain awareness of competition, advertising, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Essential Qualifications California resident. Able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Proficiency with digital tools and mobile platforms. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay range of 62000 - 76000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Base pay or uncapped commission.
