About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Agency Compliance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring of program operations and service delivery within the legal and regulatory compliance and quality assurance frameworks. This role involves conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and collaborating with management to document program compliance and effectiveness. The Vice President will also be tasked with initiating agency-wide risk assessments, creating quality improvement plans, and developing standard operating procedures. Additionally, the role includes leading and participating in special projects, as well as building and maintaining open, trustworthy relationships with various stakeholders. Candidates for the Vice President, Agency Compliance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in human services. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills are essential, as is a demonstrated track record of providing effective resolutions for complex issues. Advanced software skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio, are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or with non-profit organizations and/or city or state entities.
