Quality ManagerSalary: ConfidentialLocation: Niagara Falls, New YorkMinimum Degree:Relocation Assistance: AvailableJob DescriptionThis is a full time, onsite role based in Niagara Falls, New York for a Quality Manager. As the Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the mill leadership team, responsible for ensuring quality systems and standards, safety, product quality consistency, system reliability, and continuous improvement across all quality processes. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Corporate Quality to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational performance.QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering, Quality, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and problem-solving methodologiesExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsProven ability to engage teams and lead change effectivelyExperience in paper, packaging, converting, or continuous-process manufacturing strongly preferredLean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement certification preferred Experience with ISO/QMS systems, SPC, MSA, and statistical quality tools preferredWhy is This a Great OpportunitySeeking a Quality Manager for a growing paper packaging manufacturer in Niagara Falls, NY.Nigel
