Now Hiring: Full-Time Janitorial Troubleshooter – Albuquerque, NM

Pay: Starting at $15.50 per hour + Paid Mileage
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekends: Some weekends as needed

ServiceMaster is looking for a dependable and motivated Janitorial Troubleshooter to join our team in the Albuquerque area. This position is perfect for someone who is flexible, reliable, and enjoys working at different locations while helping cover cleaning assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide janitorial coverage at multiple customer locations
• Perform general cleaning duties including:
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Dusting and disinfecting
  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Emptying trash
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Fill in for employees who are absent or assist with special cleaning projects
• Travel between job sites using your own vehicle

ServiceMaster está buscando personas responsables y motivadas para unirse a nuestro equipo como Técnico de Limpieza (Troubleshooter) . Este puesto requiere viajar a diferentes ubicaciones para cubrir rutas y apoyar cuando sea necesario.

Responsabilidades:

• Cubrir diferentes cuentas de limpieza en el área de Albuquerque.
• Realizar limpieza general, incluyendo:
  • Barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos
  • Limpiar y desinfectar superficies
  • Limpiar baños
  • Vaciar botes de basura
  • Mantener las instalaciones limpias y seguras
• Cubrir ausencias de empleados y apoyar en proyectos especiales de limpieza.
• Trasladarse entre diferentes ubicaciones utilizando su propio vehículo.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive your own vehicle (paid mileage provided)
• Must have a smartphone to clock in/out and receive work assignments
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Previous janitorial experience is a plus but not required

Requisitos:

• Contar con transporte propio y estar dispuesto(a) a conducir su propio vehículo (se paga millaje).
• Tener un teléfono inteligente (smartphone) para registrar entrada y salida del trabajo.
• Estar autorizado(a) para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
• Poder aprobar una verificación de antecedentes y examen de drogas.
• Ser responsable, puntual y confiable.
• Se prefiere experiencia en limpieza, pero no es obligatoria.
