What you'll do Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Open Door Policy, applying action plans in daily operations. Operate forklifts in accordance with company standards, safely handling, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using company data, resources, and collaboration with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners. Receive stocks, organize merchandise and supplies, and manage inventory flow while maintaining required paperwork and logs. Provide member service: recognize members, identify needs, guide self‑service technology use, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote club products and services. Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor, merchandising presentation, zoning, stocking, rotating, and display organization, ensuring promotional and seasonal merchandise is prominently displayed. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, staged, and audited for accuracy. Handle inventory movements, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report inventory practices. Operate and maintain forklifts safely and report any unsafe conditions. Proactively identify customers needing help, engage with them, assist with technology services, and model technology usage for others. Identify and address shrink opportunities and product or service issues promptly. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience. Retail Experience. Experience supervising a team.
