Goodrich Area Schools Assistant Varsity Wrestling Coach QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Previous high school wrestling coaching experience preferred Must have the ability to work with other coaches and receive direction from the Athletic Director Must be able to relate well to high school students, parents, school personnel and the general public Must be knowledgeable of MHSAA rules and regulations Must strive to boost school spirit and promote good sportsmanship ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES Teach techniques and fundamentals of sport. Be able to demonstrate all skills necessary for the sport. Be knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of the sport. Assume the responsibility for constant care of equipment and facilities being used. Conduct structured practices that follow the guidelines of the Athletic Department. Be an example of good character and sportsmanship to the team at all times. Assist the Athletic Director as needed.
