This role offers a high degree of autonomy for a senior banker who excels at client development, transaction leadership, and relationship-driven advisory work.At PKF Investment Banking, we are focused on providing the highest level of M&A advisory services to privately held family- and founder-owned companies with revenue between $15 million and $350 million in a diverse group of industries. In this position, you will have the ability to significantly impact the firm’s expansion and success.Primary ResponsibilitiesOriginate and execute sell-side and strategic M&A transactions for privately owned companiesServe as a trusted advisor to founders, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businessesLead transaction teams through all phases of the M&A processDevelop and maintain long-term senior-level client relationshipsContribute to business development initiatives and firm growth strategiesMentor and develop junior team membersQualificationsMust be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.15+ years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on middle market M&ADemonstrated success in transaction origination and executionEstablished business community networkStrong leadership, judgment, and client management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independentlyBachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferredSeries 63 and 79 licensesCompensation & Benefits:An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
