TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Lewiston, Maine, 04240!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years in Emergency Department License: Nursing License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Must not be a previous employee - Must be willing and able to work charge nurse and preceptor roles if needed - Must have at least 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department setting - Candidates with any hits/actions on license/background will not be accepted Description: The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team. Responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all areas of the unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients upon admission and throughout their stay. Administer IV medications, therapy, and blood as needed. Provide patient education. Document nursing care actions, teaching, observations, and patient responses. Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered. Please do not submit if ineligible.
