Escrow Officer

We are seeking an Escrow Officer for a national title insurance company based in Boulder, CO.

In this full-time onsite role, you will manage end-to-end escrow transactions, provide notary services, and deliver exceptional service to real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and clients in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate escrow transactions from inception to closing, including clearing title requirements, preparing closing documents, and disbursing funds.
• Identify and resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances.
• Coordinate and execute closing documents with involved parties, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Oversee post-closing tasks, including electronic document recording and record digitization.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with all transaction partners.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines, industry standards, privacy requirements, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of closing experience within the Colorado title insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of escrow standards, title commitments, lender and real estate documentation, prorations, and state regulations.
• Exceptional customer service, high detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and comfortable engaging with clients and prospective partners in various settings.

Certifications & Licenses

• Colorado Notary Public commission (preferred).
• Title Insurance Producer License (preferred, or obtained within 90 days of hire).
