Nursing Recruiter
Eger Health Care is seeking a Nursing Recruiter in Staten Island to lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and clinical roles. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate hiring with nursing leadership, and maintain talent pipelines to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include posting jobs, managing ATS workflows, organizing interviews, checking references, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. You'll collaborate with clinical teams to forecast staffing needs and represent Eger's compassionate, patient-focused culture to all candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for nursing and clinical roles
- Source, screen, and interview qualified nursing candidates
- Post job openings and manage applicant tracking system workflows
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and nursing leadership
- Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiation
- Maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant regulations and policies
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to forecast workforce needs
- Represent Eger Health Care's values and culture to candidates
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and progress
