Restaurant Manager

Experienced Restaurant Manager The Experienced Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring every shift is executed with urgency, professionalism, and consistent standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced restaurant professional who can lead from the floor, develop team members, hold people accountable, solve problems quickly, and maintain strong execution throughout the restaurant. The right candidate understands how to balance great hospitality with operational discipline while keeping the team focused and the restaurant moving. What Success Looks Like A successful Restaurant Manager leads strong shifts, develops strong people, protects the guest experience, and consistently improves restaurant performance.
