Distribution Worker Jobs | Marshall MN

DTC Workforce Programs is seeking Distribution Worker to join our facility in Marshall, MN. As a Distribution Worker, you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately.

Requirements:

• Ability to work alone and remain on task
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Communicate effectively
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Pay Range: $21.75 - $27.19 per hour
