VP Finance / Director of Finance Opportunity

We're partnering with an expanding national firm seeking a strategic and hands-on finance leader to oversee financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to executive leadership and offering significant influence on the organization's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities

✅ Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial analysis

✅ Develop and strengthen internal controls and scalable financial processes

✅ Partner with revenue operations on billing, compensation, and profitability initiatives

✅ Consolidate multi-entity and business-unit financial reporting

✅ Support executive leadership with strategic planning and financial modeling

✅ Mentor and develop finance team members

What We're Looking For:

✔ 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience

✔ Background in wealth management, financial services, RIA platforms, or multi-entity organizations preferred

✔ Experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, VP Finance, or similar leadership role

✔ Strong technical accounting and operational finance expertise

✔ CPA or CFA preferred

✔ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
