Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse!

Job Description:


- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- Join a dynamic team delivering exceptional care to patients!

Key Responsibilities:


- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards
- Utilize specialized knowledge and judgment in patient care
- Provide care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients
- Maintain accountability for the quality of nursing services delivered

Submission Requirements:


- 2+ years of recent high-volume Labor & Delivery experience (Required)
- Must be willing to obtain EFM Certification within 48 hours if offered (Required)
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered (Required)
- COVID vaccination required - no declinations approved (Required)
- No scheduling restrictions - must be available to work facility schedule (Required)
- Previous travel experience (Required)
- Local candidates accepted, no radius rule

Profile Requirements:


- GBMC cover page (We will provide this if not available) (Required)
- Resume (All gaps over 30 days must be clearly explained) (Required)
- 1 supervisory reference from the last 6 months (Required)
- 1 supervisory reference from the last 12 months (Required)
- Skills Checklist specific to Labor & Delivery (Required)
- RN license/nursys (Verification must be less than 30 days old) (Required)
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (Required)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification (Required)
- Active Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (Required)
- Active NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification (Required)
- COVID vaccine record - no declinations accepted (Required)
