Global Payroll Manager

That’s not a tagline — it’s how we operate every single day. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a global payroll team responsible for payroll processing across multiple countries. Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing for approximately 500 employees. Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies. Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and IT to improve payroll integrations and workflows. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations. Oversee payroll tax compliance, audits, reconciliations, and year‑end processing. Manage relationships with third‑party payroll providers and vendors. Maintain SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests. Review payroll reporting and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and automation. Support equity compensation, bonus, and incentive payment processing. Requirements 8-10+ years of progressive payroll experience. Previous leadership experience managing payroll professionals. Global/international payroll experience. Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or Workday HCM. Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership skills. Why You’ll Want This Opportunity Competitive salary ($110K-$135K).
