Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated home care workers to join our team in Chelsea, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Document services provided and report any changes in clients' conditions

Requirements

Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient
Ability to pass background checks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Benefits
