Associate Sales Representative

Associate Sales Representative position focused on achieving direct sales goals through territory management and customer engagement. The role involves orthopedic product sales with significant operating room presence and requires living within the assigned St. Louis, Missouri territory.

Responsibilities Build customer relationships and provide clinical support during orthopedic procedures Develop territory sales plans, track customer activities, and achieve assigned sales quotas Educate healthcare professionals on product availability, proper use, and maintenance Manage product sample inventory, coordinate case coverage, and facilitate timely product delivery Prepare weekly and monthly business reports; attend trade shows and coordinate local sales events Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent orthopedic sales experience Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance; willingness to drive up to 40,000 miles annually Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction outside clinical settings Strong sales aptitude, work ethic, and communication skills Capacity to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; ability to wear protective lead apron Must reside within assigned geographical territory unless executive approval granted
