Junior Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Army’s Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives. The right candidate will have 1+ year of accounting or finance experience, exposure to financial systems or reconciliations, and the ability to operate in a client-facing consulting environment. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule onsite at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 1+ year of accounting or finance experience (federal or commercial; internships accepted); Experience with general ledgers, financial statements, reconciliations, or audit support Understanding of financial systems and data validation processes Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills Exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, Power Platform, or similar technologies processes Why our client?
