Operations Associate

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening. Primary responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Providing assistance and ensuring a great customer experience.
• Executes Pricing and Signing: Managing ticket prices and signing on merchandise.
• Replenish and Restock the Store: Assisting in pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure customer needs are met.
• Receive and Unload Merchandise: Working with co-workers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise.
• Backroom Standards: Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel: Contributing to efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise Strategy: Executing plans communicated by leadership on where to place merchandise throughout the store.

Participates in a learning environment to absorb new information on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

Work experience: 1-2 years retail experience.

Pay Range: USD $16.50/Hr - USD $20.63/Hr.
