Janitor/ Custodian (Entry Level)

About the Role We’re hiring Custodians to help keep the workplace clean and running smoothly. No prior experience is required; the company provides training and support. A Day in the Life of a Janitor/Custodian Check in with your supervisor and teammates to review the daily cleaning plan. Gather cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants. Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors. Take out the trash and replace bags. Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and other surfaces. Dust furniture, shelves, vents, and other surfaces. Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors. Walk through the area one final time to ensure everything looks clean and neat. Return tools and supplies to the storage area and prepare for the next shift. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Willingness to learn new tasks. Ability to work well with teammates and supervisors.
