Manage the budget process to create financial budgets at a store level and update accordingly during the planning cycle (retail stores & ECOM) Provide reporting and analysis of retail results vs historical and budgeted figures Provide detailed commentary on month end results from a financial expense standpoint Support month-end process including reporting, data validation, and calculation of accruals Assist and validate new system implementation for testing and go-live Assist with the development of standardized best practice reporting and control methods Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership team Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs Evaluate new store opportunities and lease renewals including preparation of projected P&L results based on proposed lease agreements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance 2+ years of relevant work experience Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP and/or HFMvaluable Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800 - $68,905 + Bonus + Benefits Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
