\nSalary: $175-185,000 base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits

\n \nAbout Our Client
\nOur client, a market leader vendor, is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead their overarching digital strategy and scale a high-performing growth engine. Backed by a strong established team, this leader will drive the company’s digital footprint across web, paid media, organic search, MarTech, and performance analytics.
\n \nPosition Overview
\n \nYou will take end-to-end ownership of the company's digital experience, connecting modern customer journeys directly to pipeline and revenue growth. Managing specialists across Marketing Operations, Paid Media, SEO, ABM, and Web, you will unite these disciplines to optimize digital funnels, oversee major website architecture initiatives, and maximize ROI across paid and organic channels.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Digital Strategy & Revenue Growth: Own the enterprise digital marketing strategy; align digital programs, journeys, and conversion paths with Sales leadership to hit shared pipeline targets. \n
- Website, UX & Conversion: Oversee corporate website strategy, major redesigns/migrations, UI/UX performance, and continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO). \n
- Performance Marketing, SEO & AI Search: Guide significant paid media budgets alongside team leads; drive technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy. \n
- MarTech & Analytics: Partner with Marketing Operations to scale HubSpot, optimize lead scoring/attribution, and deliver clear revenue attribution modeling to executive leadership. \n
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of functional specialists while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Brand, and Sales. \n
Key Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience across digital marketing, growth, or demand generation. \n
- Proven track record leading major website buildouts/migrations and managing substantial paid media budgets. \n
- Deep expertise in SEO, modern AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO), CRO, and full-funnel performance marketing. \n
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, GTM, Search Console, and core marketing automation platforms. \n
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, coaching mindset and the ability to turn complex data into actionable executive recommendations. \n
