POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient psychiatry role serving adult and pediatric patient populations
Evidence-based behavioral health environment focused on long-term patient outcomes
Stable weekday-only schedule designed for provider balance and continuity of care
Collaborative outpatient structure with full support staff provided

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday schedule
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends required
Outpatient-only practice environment
ROLE
Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions
Develop patient-centered treatment plans within outpatient setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
Support continuity of care and long-term treatment outcomes

REQUIREMENTS
MD or DO REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
Active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
Active DEA license REQUIRED
Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred
Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
