Junior Network Engineer - Systems Integrator

The team is hiring a Junior Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network environments. This role will provide hands-on exposure to enterprise networking, security, and cloud technologies, while working alongside experienced engineers to develop technical expertise in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for client network issues, escalating when appropriate
- Assist senior engineers with network design, configuration, and deployment projects
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.)
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Support onboarding of new client environments as the MSP continues expansion
- Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring, ticketing, and support processes
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role within an MSP environment
- Exposure to network administration or troubleshooting (e.g., LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Familiarity with firewalls, switches, routers, or wireless access points (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow into network engineering responsibilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent)
- Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
- Scripting/automation interest (e.g., PowerShell)
