Security Shift Supervisor

Allied Universal seeks a Security Shift Supervisor to lead armed security operations at a high-traffic public transportation site. In this frontline leadership role, you will supervise officers, manage post coverage, and ensure strict adherence to safety, firearms, and client protocols. Responsibilities include patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and rapid incident response, along with coaching officers, conducting briefings, and preparing clear reports. You will partner closely with the client, the public, and emergency services while upholding Allied Universal’s culture of safety, vigilance, integrity, and professional customer service.
