What You'll Do As a Foreman, you'll work closely with the Superintendent to keep projects organized, productive, safe, and moving forward. You'll be a key leader in the field, helping coordinate trade partners, maintain quality standards, and ensure every project reflects the level of craftsmanship Pinemar is known for. Your Responsibilities Will Include Supporting day‑to‑day field operations from project startup through completion Coordinating and directing trade partners to maintain project momentum Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Monitoring daily progress and helping keep projects on schedule Identifying and resolving field issues before they become project delays Reviewing work for quality and ensuring it aligns with plans and specifications Managing material deliveries, storage, and site readiness Building productive relationships with trade partners and holding them accountable to expectations Supporting client‑facing activities and maintaining a positive project experience Assisting with daily reports, project documentation, photos, and communication updates Coordinating punch list completion and project closeout activities Who Thrives Here The best Foremen at Pinemar are hands‑on leaders who combine construction knowledge with strong communication, accountability, and problem‑solving skills.
