Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor seeking to earn additional income during the weekends?

Our organization is offering a competitive rate of $50 per hour for weekend shifts!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will fulfill resident care needs by organizing and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
Your role includes fostering a caring atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.
Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.
Protect resident confidentiality by overseeing the handling of sensitive information.
Document all resident care services accurately.
Promote teamwork and collaboration among healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
At least 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care is necessary.
You should be an effective and encouraging Team Leader for all staff members.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is preferred.
