Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that directly impact our clients’ well-being. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions using proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused approaches.

• Implementing behavioral techniques to enhance client engagement and foster personal growth during the therapeutic process.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational and legal regulations, as well as ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. A keen understanding of these issues, along with the ability to adapt treatment strategies accordingly, will be crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
