Physical Therapist

Overview We are hiring one, full-time physical therapist at our Greenwood Village (DTC) location with an ideal start date of September 2025, with flexibility for the best candidate. A strong orthopedic background and dry needling experience are required, pelvic health and chronic pain experience preferred. This is also the base location for our residency program and any interest in participation in this will also be considered. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 care with one-hour appointments. Collaborate within a team that supports private practice ownership style without the risks. Engage in company mentoring, leadership development and ongoing training. Work with the administrative and billing teams to support a full schedule and minimize provider burden. Participate in in-house training programs that meet COAPTA criteria for ongoing renewal; training is scheduled and paid on paid time. Qualifications A strong orthopedic background. Dry needling experience required. Pelvic health and chronic pain experience preferred. Open to new graduates; for candidates with 5+ years of experience on a leadership/teaching track, higher salaries are negotiable. Compensation and Benefits Starting base wages negotiable between $80,000-87,000 per year, with bonus pay and profit sharing after mentorship onboarding. Bonuses paid per pay period; higher salaries negotiable for experienced candidates on leadership/teaching track.
