Weaver – Machine Operator
Location: Anaheim, Ca (La Palma and Magnolia)
Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift (Overtime & rotating weekends required)

Temp-to-hire

Pay Rate:

1st Shift $19/hr. 5:30 am to 2pm

2nd Shift $20/hr. 1:30 pm to 10 pm

We are hiring a machine Operator / Weaver to join our production team. This position involves working with carbon fiber materials, setting up equipment, and operating weaving machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate weaving machines (looms)
• Load yarn spools onto creels (spools weigh 1–20 lbs.)
• Monitor machines during operation and watch for defects
• Perform quality checks on finished fabric
• Change yarn packages as needed
• Remove completed fabric rolls and restart new rolls
• Complete required paperwork and labeling
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report any machine or safety issues to supervisor

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills required
• Able to stand and walk for full 8-hour shift
• Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull carts (with assistance)
• Must be reliable and able to work independently
• Overtime and rotating weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation required

• Indoor production facility
• Moderate noise level
• Physically active role (standing, bending, lifting)
