Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking strong, dependable, and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a physically demanding warehouse position requiring candidates to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift . Candidates must be comfortable with standing, bending, squatting, walking, and performing continuous manual handling for 8+ hours . We are looking for individuals who are reliable, follow instructions, work well across different warehouse departments, and are ready to contribute every day.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick items from storage locations using order picker equipment, RF scanners, and manual methods to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while adhering to quality control standards.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively.
• Load and unload shipments utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders and updating the warehouse management system.
• Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and proper placement of materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, manual handling guidelines, and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including load planning, order fulfillment, and quality control inspections.
• Support the warehouse supervisor in maintaining an efficient workflow through effective material handling and order-picking strategies.
• Participate in regular training on warehouse management systems and heavy equipment operation to enhance skills.
• Perform repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs. throughout the workday.
• Work in various warehouse departments as needed and remain flexible with assigned tasks.

Experience & Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience involving order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, or distribution is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements, and proper manual handling procedures.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Previous experience with quality control, stock management, or logistics coordination is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
• Must be dependable, follow instructions, and demonstrate a strong willingness to work.

Sunday – Thursday
⏰ 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
