Senior Product Manager – Digital Experiences

Plano, TX | Hybrid

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for an established consumer-facing company investing in its website, mobile applications, and digital purchasing experience.

This person will own key customer journeys from discovery through checkout, partnering with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to build intuitive experiences and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization for a key digital product area.
• Identify customer needs through research, feedback, and behavioral analytics.
• Improve customer journeys, conversion, adoption, and engagement.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design throughout development, testing, and launch.
• Use experimentation and performance data to guide ongoing improvements.
• Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and results to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product management or related digital product experience.
• 4+ years working with consumer-facing websites, mobile applications, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps, with measurable business results.
• Strong customer discovery, analytics, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with digital checkout, loyalty programs, personalization, or A/B testing is a plus.
