Court Reporting Coordinator

Compex Legal Services is hiring a Court Reporting Coordinator to join our team in Torrance. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role focused on scheduling depositions and delivering excellent customer service to clients, court reporters, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Schedule depositions, conference rooms, interpreters, videographers, and Zoom links Manage a call queue and return client messages within one hour Send confirmations/cancellations and prepare Court Reporting Packets Recruit and coordinate court reporters and vendors nationwide, including negotiating rates Maintain reporter/vendor coverage lists by city and state Enter updates into the RB database within 24 hours with accuracy Manage client profiles and orders through the RB9 website Escalate issues and complaints promptly and professionally Support additional projects as needed What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable in a high-volume environment with deadlines Professional, reliable, and team focused Why You’ll Love Working Here Casual, professional dress code Collaborative, supportive accounting team Comprehensive benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
