Lead Commodity Manager, Corporate Services

Position Overview Lead Commodity Manager – Corporate Services sourcing at Copeland, US-based. This role drives sourcing for Copeland’s Corporate Services categories (Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, and Engineering) across all Copeland locations worldwide, controlling costs and identifying new savings opportunities while ensuring supplier performance and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Execute and develop category strategies for corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities. Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, supplier negotiations, contracting, and implementation. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance and Engineering to align sourcing solutions with business needs. Identify cost savings, trade working capital improvements and value creation opportunities through supplier consolidation, demand management, and contract renegotiations. Manage supplier relationships and performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and regular business reviews. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant legal, ethical, and risk requirements. Track and report on savings initiatives, contract coverage, and sourcing pipeline activity. Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and innovation in corporate services to inform sourcing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of the degree. 8+ years of work experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Supply Chain. Experience with indirect sourcing and corporate spend categories (Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance, Engineering). Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization and external vendors. Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, assess risk and drive forward progress in a structured manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team. Ability to travel domestically (5‑10%).
