CNC Programmer – Direct Hire

Location: Sharonville, OH
Pay: $62,000–$88,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Kable Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a manufacturing company in Sharonville, Ohio. This position will develop CNC machining programs, select machining strategies and tooling, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure parts are manufactured safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, routing instructions, part specifications, solid models, and ERP information.
• Access drawings and solid models through the company’s PLM system.
• Develop machining strategies and select appropriate tooling.
• Create CNC turning and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling programs using GibbsCAM.
• Provide machinists with setup procedures, program files, tooling information, and machining guidance.
• Work with engineers, supervisors, and machinists to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Maintain standardized programming processes and the CNC program library.
• Assist the Quality Department with resolving nonconformance issues.
• Support process improvements on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Industrial Engineering, CNC Machining Technology, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience programming CNC turning centers and machining centers.
• GibbsCAM experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced blueprint-reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience writing GibbsCAM macros or using another programming language.
• VERICUT or similar machining-verification software experience is preferred.
• PLM system experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and setups.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
