Program Lead - Operational Excellence (Global Workplace Services)

Group/Division The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements. Responsibilities Identify and implement process improvements within the GWS organization, focusing on global standardization for processes, documentation and data support with key internal partners. Drive the design and implementation of new business processes, taking into account organizational context and priorities. Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, making adjustments as needed. Work closely with operational leaders and key internal partners to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and how to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement further operational excellence improvement programs. Lead cross‑functional project teams to drive process improvements. Establish and support key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance. Assist in facilitating change management by leading and supporting operational and global initiatives within GWS. Support internal GWS process development, focusing on standardization, compliance, regulations, and operational & business standards (including ISO and equivalents). Preferred Skills Multi‑year familiarity within high‑tech industries. Awareness of relevant industry‑specific regulations and standards. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Beneficial Experience ISO process and auditing experience. Statistical analysis skills. Technical focus in semiconductor or pharmaceutical (clean‑room experience is an advantage). Experience with software packages including PowerBI, project management software, SharePoint, dashboards and MS Office suite. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. Minimum eight (8) years experience developing, implementing and leading process improvement programs with large global organizations. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage cross‑functional projects. Excellent project management skills. Strong organizational and personal time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Base Pay Range and Primary Location Base Pay Range: $121,500.00 - $206,600.00 annually. Primary Location: USA‑CA‑Milpitas.
