Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heavy line and diesel engines, and related systems in Ford vehicles.
- Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment to pinpoint and fix technical issues efficiently.
- Follow safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with team members and the service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and advancements in diesel technology.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment specific to diesel engines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
