The Perfect Fit : 2+ years of sales and business development experience. Not afraid to run a full desk. You have the ability to work independently and set your own goals. You're sick of being micromanaged and want more control over your day-to-day. The 2 Major Duties of this Position Client Satisfaction / Retention: You will be the day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for relaying their feedback to our team of writers and editors. You will identify trending topics within each client's industry and tailor them to their needs. You will create quarterly reports to illustrate positive results and suggest improvements. Continual Campaign Enhancement: This is not a sales position, and you will not be required to upsell; however, you will strengthen campaigns with a deep understanding of each client's audience and goals. This may include providing insights that enhance the relationship between our agency and the client. Here are the details : This is a remote position. You will need a quiet place to hold calls (not Starbucks or similar). You will need a phone, a computer, and good Wi-Fi. Hours are flexible but primarily during workday, weekday hours, and you must be available for client calls. This is a client-facing role. You will interact with customers frequently. If you dislike talking to people, find quick problem-solving frustrating, or can't think on your feet, then this job may not be suitable for you. Note : Working from home offers flexibility but requires strong self-motivation. You should demonstrate the ability to manage yourself effectively before applying. Here's what this job will entail : Initial 2 weeks: Training on tools, internal processes, and shadowing client calls and emails. Weeks 3-6: Responding to client emails and participating more actively in client calls with light supervision. Week 6 and beyond: Serving as the primary contact for some clients, overseeing campaigns, and participating in onboarding new clients.
