Job Description Exciting role open with our Meritain Pharmacy Solutions team! Do you like to engage with patients, helping them to navigate this complex healthcare world? Do you enjoy helping members get a fair price for their high-cost medications? Do you enjoy helping members get as low of a cost for their medications, with the use of copay/financial assistance? Are you detail oriented? Are you comfortable corresponding with provider offices on patient medication inquiries? We are looking for a member appeal coordinator. The candidate must be a highly trained, certified pharmacy technician that has multiple years of experience within retail pharmacy, but also enjoys helping patients gain access to medications at the lowest cost possible. Required Qualifications 2+ years Certified Pharm Tech experience in a pharmacy setting Member Centric mentality Cost assistance experience Comfortable speaking to patients and providers Preferred Qualifications Retail Pharmacy experience within a managed care or pharmacy insurance billing Education PTCB Certificate preferred High school diploma or GED Job Details Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.)
