Environmental Service Worker I - Teller

Job Title
Perform cleaning in assigned clinic, and corporate housing when needed, to maintain the facility in an aseptic condition as required. This position is key to enhancing patient care and employee health, accordingly all duties should be conducted in accordance with infection control policies and procedures for best practices.
Uphold the organization's vision, mission, and corporate values. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organization's policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.
Essential Functions:
- Report to work as scheduled
- Wash and clean surface areas assigned according to established specialized cleaning procedures to include waxing, stripping, shampooing, vacuuming, sweeping, damp wiping, etc.
- Empty trash, sort and dispose of contaminated and non-contaminated trash according to established procedures and Infection Control guidelines
- Check equipment prior to the start of each day for any malfunctions, notifying supervisor and filling out a work request as required; clean equipment daily
- Report any major maintenance concerns, damage or needed repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned
