What You’ll Do As an Assistant Store Manager, you’re a key leader in the shop—helping your team succeed, serving our guests, and supporting store operations. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. Requirements What You Bring Valid driver’s license Proven leadership and team-building skills Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use shop equipment English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
