Sr. Business Manager, Ecommerce Canada (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Manager, Ecommerce Canada (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead the Canada ecommerce business and help shape regional strategy for digital growth, profitability, and customer engagement. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen site performance, improve merchandising execution, and translate market insights into action. The position also plays a key role in pricing, inventory, and sell-through decisions that support commercial results across the region.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead for the Canada website, developing regional strategies
• Build effective partnerships with cross-functional teams across various departments
• Understand market trends to influence digital channels and team support
• Conduct business reviews to inform regional performance trends
• Optimize pricing strategies and product lifecycle management for profitability
• Analyze product performance to improve inventory strategies and sell-through
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Canada, preferably in leather goods or footwear
• Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to influence
• Creative problem-solving abilities and strong collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Presentation skills and experience with AEM sites and SFCC
• Bilingual in English and French is required
