A Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, validate, and transform large and complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business performance tracking and decision-making. Perform advanced data analysis, including trend analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and root cause analysis to identify patterns and insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate business questions into analytical solutions. Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to optimize data pipelines, data models, and data quality processes. Document data definitions, methodologies, and analytical approaches to ensure transparency and repeatability of analysis. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Support ad hoc data requests and exploratory analysis to address urgent business needs and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis tasks to improve efficiency and consistency. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards when handling and analyzing data. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree At least 1 year of experience with hands on Snowflake SQL At least 1 year of experience Python coding along with automation scripting skills. At least 1 year of experience in querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in a senior or lead data analyst role, working with large, complex datasets in a corporate or consulting environment. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating data across multiple tables and databases. Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar). Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, relational databases, and data warehousing principles. Experience with statistical analysis and analytical techniques, including descriptive and diagnostic analytics; exposure to predictive analytics is a plus. Proficiency with analytical tools or programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business questions into structured analytical approaches. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
