Job Description: Join the ICU team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center for a 13-week contract working 12-hour days. This assignment offers the chance to hone your critical care skills in a 25-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:2. You’ll be performing procedures like bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopies, CRRT, and Impella support, all within a supportive environment that emphasizes teamwork and professional growth. The role is perfect for experienced critical care professionals who enjoy a fast-paced setting and are comfortable with neuro and trauma cases. Your days will include self-scheduling with the expectation of working every third weekend; certifications like BLS and ACLS are mandatory, and strong communication skills are essential for success.
