Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) — includes every other weekend (possible holiday rotation) Pay Rate: $74.87/hr Location: San Antonio, TX 78258 (onsite) Overview We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary care/urgent care services as part of a dedicated clinical care team. You’ll perform patient assessments, diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, provide health counseling, and help drive positive outcomes through high-quality patient-centered care. What You’ll Do Provide primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care planning Manage acute concerns and chronic conditions; support preventative care and wellness Document care accurately and coordinate with clinical team members Support clinic operations as needed (opening/closing, inventory, follow-up, maintaining a clean environment, basic admin tasks) Required Qualifications Active NP (or PA) license in Texas RN and APRN licenses in good standing (no current or prior disciplinary actions) BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an NP in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care (required) Comfortable in a patient-facing, safety-sensitive clinical environment Additional Notes DEA registration will be required during onboarding (unless otherwise noted) Role requires onsite work #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
