Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. Manage sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail management experience. Roles include shift manager, assistant manager, and store manager.
