Automotive Sales Associate
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team! The right person will have experience selling, and must love working with people.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
- Achieving monthly goals and objectives defined by the sales manager
- Explaining product performance to prospects and describing optional equipment available for purchase. Determine each customer's needs by asking questions and listening
- Review and analyze actions on regular basis to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Offering test drives to prospects and obtaining proper identification prior to test drive
Requirements:
- Automotive sales background preferred
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong written and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug test
