Automotive Sales Associate

We are looking for an automotive sales associate to join our team! The right person will have experience selling, and must love working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Achieving monthly goals and objectives defined by the sales manager
• Explaining product performance to prospects and describing optional equipment available for purchase. Determine each customer's needs by asking questions and listening
• Review and analyze actions on regular basis to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
• Offering test drives to prospects and obtaining proper identification prior to test drive

Requirements:

• Automotive sales background preferred
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong written and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug test
