Somerset Healthcare & Rehabilitation is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Somerset, PA!

We're looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. Experienced CNAs and new graduates are welcome , with immediate openings available across multiple shifts.

CNA Pay & Incentives

• Earn up to $28.70 per hour

• Additional $7.00/hour Travel Stipend for eligible employees

About the Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Somerset Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

You'll work closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate and person-centered care.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

• Assist with transfers, mobility and positioning.

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining resident dignity and independence.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Promote a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain certification.

• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

• New graduate CNAs are encouraged to apply.
