LPN Opportunity – Work Locally & Make a Difference!

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN LPNs to provide medical care at a medically complex residential group home in Poinciana, FL . If you're dedicated to delivering top-quality patient care , we want to hear from you!

LPN Responsibilities:

Conduct daily patient assessments
Administer medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
Document patient status and report changes
Communicate with RNs, MDs, and other healthcare professionals
Manage ventilator care & tracheostomy suctioning
Perform tube feedings & disease management
Coordinate and oversee patient medical appointments

Qualifications:

Active LPN License in Florida
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
Pediatric, ICU, or PCU experience preferred (or ventilator/tracheostomy training with certifications or references)
Experience with developmentally disabled patients is a plus
